The leader scheme Feliciano Lopez dropped out of the tournament in Brazil this week after injuring of his right thigh.
The organizers of the race announced on Monday that the 14th in the world had got a trauma during the Open final of Ecuador in Quito on Sunday. Then he lost with 2: 6, 7: 6 (5), 6: 7 (5) of Victor Estrella Burgos (Dominican Republic).
Lopez had to come to the court for his first match in Sao Paulo on Tuesday.
So the place of Lopez in the main draw will take "lucky loser" Luke Baths (Italy), who will start directly from the second round of the tournament
