Camp Nou has once again become an arena for political agitation

Barcelona will use the third round of the Champions League group stage three against Greece`s Olympiacos to call for a peaceful resolution of the political crisis between the province of Catalonia and the government in Madrid. This will be the first game from football predictions in front of Camp Nou`s audience after the dramatic events surrounding the banned independence referendum in early October. Because of the day`s events, Barcelona played with Las Palmas in front of a closed door.

There will be a huge flag on the stands with the inscription `Dialogue, respect and sport` written in Catalan. The club has also invited representatives of two of the political organizations whose members have been detained by the authorities in recent days.
