Manchester City vs Steaua

The two teams are going to play for the first time against one another on the European scene, which is understandable because of the late appearance of the Citizens among the elite of the old continent. Check out our football prediction.
The former European club champions Steaua enters with great self-confidence in the clashes with the English club, led by their new manager Pep Guardiola. The chaplain of the Romanians Laurentiu Reghecamp believes that his boys will get into groups of the most prestigious European club tournament.
Steaua had played 18 games against English opponents, achieving five wins and nine defeats, each success was achieved in Romania. On the island, the team has had two draws and seven losses in nine meetings.
Manchester City has played only once against a team from Romania. This happened in 2010, in the playoffs for an entry into the Europa League. Then the Citizens beat Timisoara with the aggregate score of 3:0.
City will be without the injured Nasri, Bony, Mangala, Zinchenko, Kompany, Gundogan, Sane and Denayer, while Yaya Toure stayed in Manchester because of the decision of Guadiola not to rely on him today. Instead, Pep chose youngsters like Gunn, Adarabioyo and Tasende.
Our football forecast by www.ronaldobest.com is 2.
